are final, no refunds.

grants you the non-exclusive, non-transferable, royalty free
license to use and modify the product subject to
restrictions listed below.
This license permits the following uses:
You may install and use this product on more than one
computer provided that there is only one user accessing the
imagery.
You may use this product in a network environment provided
that there is only one user accessing the imagery at one
time.
This license doesn’t permit the following uses:
User cannot resell or sublicense any images from this
product or make the product available to third parties.
User cannot use the images from the products to create
pornographic, defamatory or obscene images.
Copyrights and all other rights to the content of the
digital products are held by CMI Inc.
